hola!
updates for this week:
1. kams, shru, tyler and I tested out the walkie talkies in soldiers and they worked so well. We tested them in and out of the auditorium.
2. Working on a spreadsheet that contains a list of all volunteer roles so it will be easier to assign later. (assistant chairs working on this)
3. Once I know how each team id using their allotted "8 min," I will update the master schedule.
4. What do y'all think about the rehearsal ached (on google doc)
5. still working on Nina Davuluri stuff

Hi! Just a few updates, logistics is pretty much coasting right now
1. made a master list of all volunteer roles needed to be filled. (will organize it and then share in a google doc)
2. made personalized schedules for each team. Talked with vids, once the lineup is set at the mixer, I will have 20 minutes to print and set up before the captain's meeting.
3. Can you guys let me know about the rehearsal schedule please please please (the google doc link is somewhere in this thread)
4. Walkie-Talkies: made a list of walkie talkie holders based on last year's usage. Only 1 e-board member had a walkie last year and I want to stick with that. Ram had it last year. Who wants it this year?? (should be whoever has the least running around/ does not have VIP reception duty/ no responsibility with judges or important people duties)
5. super busy with MCAT coming up-- will get back on the Nina Davuluri mission right after I'm done!

No updates! I will also send an email, but I will be missing the monday meeting (oct 21). I have my MCAT on Tuesday. I will ask Insiya or Alisha to give the update.

Hi! Hope everyone is having an awesome break!
Sorry I havent updated anything in the past 2 weeks.
To recap, this was the todo list I was given for winter break.
Send out volunteer form through PR first week of Jan.
Make customized schedules for teams once show order is finalized.
Decide incentive for clean up.
If you updated the schedule, send us a new copy.
Here are my updates on the list. Everything is completed
I have just sent PR the volunteer form. Customized team schedules are made and once the lineup is set I will be able to finalize and print them out before the captains meeting.
Incentives for cleanup- I think the best way to ensure everyone cleans up is to associate it with the after-party. Either people cannot get their after party ticket until they finish cleaning up their assigned spot or people can get their after party ticket at a discounted price. I think the first option would be the most simple. We can make sure that everyone purchases their tickets in advance. That way if they don't clean up, they lose money for their already purchased ticket.
There's no updated schedule yet, if you guys can take another look at what the schedule is as of now, I can work on it if needed.
Alsoooo the Nina Davuluri thing does not seem to be working out. Im still gonna keep trying but its so close to show time now that we should just look at other options to stay safe.

other than that no updates, the todo list is basically complete.

Almost finished with making personalized schedules for all volunteers, Eboard, board.
Done with personalized team schedules and show schedule. Going to make folders for all the teams and liaison pairs to give out at the captains meeting.
